we're American!

Tonight we had our re-opening party in the American Wing. Funny (whiskey sour?) drinks in mason jar-like cups; a tiny version of the pig in a blanket and twice-stuffed potato; lots of fun and people. A few more photos here. Realized though, that the photos make it appear as if we young ones were the only at the party. It was actually quite crowded, supposedly between 1,000 and 1,500. After a day of manicures, long lunches, ribbon cuttings with the first lady, drinks, and mingling... going to be tough to go back to (real) work.
